In the context of increasing global air pollution, Ionkini Technology has been developing and manufacturing series of air purifiers products for different scenarios to the market, to contribute to improving people's quality of life. Its patented products are recognized and protected by China, the United States, Japan, South Korea, the European Union and other countries.
However, after investigation and evidence collection, it was found that Dongguan Lidi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Guangpeng Electronic Co., Ltd. had unlawful actions against one of our company’s “anion generator (with crystal decoration)” patents (patent number ZL201430017874.9), including producing, promoting and selling of counterfeit goods. In this regard, our company safeguards our rights through legal channels.
After hearings, the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court on July 2, 2020 and July 8, 2020 respectively confirmed that Guangzhou Guangpeng Electronics Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Lidi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. infringed on our company’s “negative ion generator (with crystal Decoration)” patent right.
At the same time, the court ordered the defendants Dongguan Lidi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Guangpeng Electronics Co., Ltd. to stop manufacturing and selling infringing products and must destroy the inventory of infringing products from the date when the judgment became effective.

Ionkini Technology won the infringement case of Dongguan Lidi.
After investigation, it is found that Dongguan Lidi Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. has produced, promoted and sold the counterfeit air purifier products which has infringed Ionkini's patent.

A company was sued for selling infringing products and reached a mediation with our company.
After investigation, we have noticed a company has promoted and sold counterfeit air purifier products which infringe of Ionkini patent rights. In order to protect intellectual property rights and safeguard the vital interests of our customers, our company filed a lawsuit.
